Automated cheese prepress PRP-AT with transport belt
Automated cheese prepress PRP-AT with a draining transport belt on the bottom of the profiled table, a pressing plate that simultaneously presses the entire cheese mass, and cutting knives at the front of the vessel. The transport belt moves the cheese mass towards the pneumatic knives. User-friendly prepress for processing larger batches per day (2.000-10.000 liters). Suitable for making semi-hard and hard cheeses.
Plevnik prepresses enable better quality control of cheese and excellent yield -approximately 10 % cheese mass from the source quantity of milk.

Simultaneous pressing
Prepressing is simultaneous through the entire cheese block. Pressure can be regulated, pressing time can be set.

Transport belt
The transport belt enables simple transportation and draining of the cheese mass across the entire table.

For larger batches
Suitable for large quantities of milk (2,000–10,000 l).

Draining
Draining is done through the draining grids in the front and the back. Whey is collected in an intermediate vessel, from which it is drained into a canal.

Prepressing
Automatic prepressing of the entire cheese mass simultaneously. The pressure can be regulated by setting the pressing cylinder pressure from 0.5–4 kg per kilogram of cheese mass. The pressing time can be set (from 10 seconds to 24 hours).

Cutting
The format depends on the movement of the transport belt and the distance between the knives.

Moving
Automatic moving of the entire cheese mass block to the front of the prepress. Movement is adapted to the size of the cheese block.

Professional CIP cleaning
Prepress PRP-AT supports easy to operate and professional cleaning of prepress with CIP cleaning system (industry standard cleaning).

Automatic pressure and cutting regulation
Touchscreen controller that allows preprograming of pressure and compression time in three steps. You can design the program independently according to your needs and save the presets.
Manual three-stage pressure regulation
Supports three-stage pressure regulation with preset pressures – manually.
Whey collecting tube
Enables the pumping of whey to the appropriate location.
Whey/cleaning agent vessel
Enables double the number of cheese moulds to be pressed under one pressing point. For double pressing point – plate is stronger cylinder required.
Adjustable blades
Enables adjustable cutting of cheese mass
