Refund & Return Policy

At Slavic Beauty, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

• Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, like-new, 100% resalable condition, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
• Please contact us before returning any item. This allows us to confirm inventory availability for exchanges and helps us process your return more efficiently and quickly.
• A copy of your order confirmation or order details must accompany all returns and exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Any claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional shipping cost to you.

Return Shipping

• If the return or exchange is not due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
