The main steps to pay attention to to avoid the issues:
1. Balance the drum.
Align all "O" markings in one straight line and alternate the discs.
2. Seat the drum properly.
Push the drum down gently so it sits snugly on the shaft.
3. Milk flow valve position. Closed when adding milk, fully open while separation.
Open the milk valve completely while separating. Close it only when adding more milk.
4. Start with the standard cream setting.
Keep the regulating screw flush with the plastic cone. Adjust only if you want thicker or thinner cream.
5. If the cream is too thick...
Remove 1–2 discs from the drum. The separator works well with 10–12 discs.
