Wash all divider parts (excluding base with motor) in warm soapy water and rinse
Assemble the drum. There are no type A and B discs. All discs are identical. Assemble the discs one by one in any order. Put the discs in one at a time to ensure that each disc is in its correct place.
Tighten the drum using the wrench supplied with the unit
You can adjust the thickness of the cream by turning the small screw towards the inside of the drum (for thick cream) and outside for creams with less fat. For more info, visit the Grass Food blog:

Secure the divider for stability The divider should be bolted to a table top. If you don't have a place for it, you can screw it to the piece of cardboard and secure it to the table with divider claws. Later you can store everything bolted to the board.
Assemble the divider.
Make sure the milk compartment is closed before pouring milk (or water) into the bowl
We recommend that you first pour hot water into the first separator, before the first separation. This is to warm up the gears and make sure everything is set up correctly.
If you start with milk and the unit is not assembled as it should, you will lose milk.
(This is just a recommendation and not a requirement. You can start with milk and skip the water part)
First pour hot water into the bowl of milk Make sure the milk compartment is properly closed before pouring the milk into the bowl
Cream Separator
Turn on the device and wait for it to reach full speed. After this step, slowly open the valve and let the water flow out.
Your hot milk is ready. The correct temperature for separation is 37C or 100F. We recommend warming the milk to around 43C or 110F, as it will get cold when poured into the divider.
After the water comes out, without turning off the device, turn off the tap and pour the milk into a bowl of milk.
Start slowly opening the valve to let the milk flow into the separator. Once you see the robot begin to process the milk, the valve can be fully opened. Adjust the flow according to the situation
Pay attention to the shaking that occurs to see if the milk is pouring correctly into the robot.
After the skim milk has separated, wash all the cream out of the drum.
Turn off the device and wait for it to completely shut down
Disassemble the device and wash the parts in warm, soapy water and let them dry The cleaning process is very simple and quick if done well after separation
Dry the parts and assemble the drum. It will be ready for the next use.
Wipe the base clean Do not wash the base with the electric motor!
Store the device until next use.
